How to Order:

Please fill out the order form and be sure to include your name, email, and item number. We will get back to you with a confirmation email. Submitting the order will place the item(s) on hold. Payment must be received in 10 days or the item(s) will be available for sale once again.

Customers in Germany- By placing your order you are assuring that the pieces you are purchasing  are strictly for historical collecting or teaching purposes and in no way will be using them for purposes forbidden in the German Strafgesetzbuch § 86.

*Last Stand Militaria takes no responsibility for those who order items in contradiction to their countries laws. If you are unsure, contact the proper channels to find the correct information. The pieces offered on our site are strictly for historical collecting purposes only. We are not associated with any political groups or organizations and in no way support racism or discrimination in any form.

Note* All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. 

Selling Militaria:

  If you have authentic pieces for sale, we would love to hear from you. Contact us via email and let us know what pieces you have to offer. If you can send some good digital photos initially, this will help. We will let you know what the value of your piece(s) as well as our buy offer. All pieces are subject to hands on examination and UV testing. We reserve the right to decline any piece(s) that are in doubt. To examine pieces you would need to ship your items along with a list of contents to us. Remember to insure your package! 

Payment Options:

 We Accept Paypal, Checks & Money Orders. Note* There is a 5 day waiting period for checks. Note* Customers using the Paypal option are responsible for the 4% fee.

LayAway Plan:

Last Stand Militaria does offer a layaway plan for items valued at $600 or more. There is a two month limit to pay off the balance. All payments made toward the balance of the layaway item are non refundable. There are no minimum required payments but if the item is not paid in full at the end of the two month period the item will be re-listed for sale again and no refund of any kind shall be issued.

Shipping:

 We always try to keep the shipping cost at the lowest possible minimum, however due to size and weight constraints shipping will vary. Orders are always shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping Insurance is offered on all orders but is optional for the buyer. Once the package is handed over to the postal service we are no longer responsible for it. All orders are usually shipped via United States Postal Service except on certain occasions. All international orders which request insurance for their package must be shipped priority mail. Insurance is not accepted on first class international packages.

Return Policy:

 There is a five day inspection period ( this includes the day you receive the package). You MUST contact us within those five days in order for your return to be processed. You will then have an additional five days to ship the item(s) back to us. Items that are dismantled (I.E. Helmets, Swords, Knives, etc..) will not be eligible for return. Failure to comply within these guidelines will make all returns null and void. We will refund your cost of the item(s) you purchased minus our shipping and handling costs. Payment will be refunded out in the form of a check. All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
